- 16 lbs of Roast (Chuck. Rump and Arm Roast on request.) 
- 5 lbs of Bone Broth Bones 
- 10 lbs Meaty Soup Bones / Osso Bucco 
- 6 lbs of cube steak 
- 14 lbs Stew Meat / shish kabob meat, in 1 lb pkgs 
Tip: Cook your Bison Medium Rare. They are super lean and tasty, but don’t do well when cooked well done.
Stock your freezer with natural bison meat from a holistic and regenerative ranch:
- The total weight for a half is approx. 146 pounds 
- Total price is approx. $2117 including a required $600 deposit 
- You pay $14.50 per pound only for the meat you get - cut and wrapped. 
- Cuts will be delivered vacuum sealed for extended freezer time. 
- A half bison needs about 5 cu ft of freezer space. 
- We will use Superior Meats for processing. 
- We butcher regularly. We will prepare your half bison from the next available butcher date. 
- We can work with you if prefer more roast and less burger, or if you want a specific cut.
