Tip: Cook your Bison Medium Rare. They are super lean and tasty, but don’t do well when cooked well done.

You pay $14 per pound only for the meat you get - cut and wrapped.
Cuts will be delivered vacuum sealed for extended freezer time.
A half bison needs about 5 cu ft of freezer space.
We will use Superior Meats for processing.
We butcher regularly. We will prepare your half bison from the next available butcher date.
We can work with you if prefer more roast and less burger, or if you want a specific cut.
Pick up or delivery will be planned when you pay the deposit.
