Typical and approximate 1/4 bison package:

• 7 lbs Steaks

  • Filet Mignon / Tenderloin

  • Ribeye / Ribsteak

  • Sirloin Steak

  • T Bone

• 2.5 lbs of Brisket

• 38 lbs of Burger, in 1 or 1.5 lb pkgs

• 3 lbs of Cube Steak

• 8 lbs of Roast (Chuck. Rump or Arm Roast on request.)

• 2 lbs of Bone Broth Bones

• 5 lbs of Meaty Soup Bones / Osso Bucco

• 7 lbs of Stew Meat / Shish Kabob meat

Stock your freezer with natural bison meat from a holistic and regenerative ranch:

• The total weight for a quarter is approx. 73 pounds

• Total price is approx. $1114, including a required $300 deposit

• You pay $15.25 per pound only for the meat you get - cut and wrapped.

• Cuts will be delivered vacuum sealed for extended freezer time.

• A quarter animal needs about 2.5 cu ft of freezer space.

• We will use Superior Meats for processing.

• We butcher regularly and we will prepare your quarter bison from the next available butcher date.

• We can work with you if prefer more roast and less burger, or if you want a specific cut.

• Pick up or delivery will be planned when you pay the deposit.

Tip: Cook your Bison Medium Rare. They are super lean and tasty, but don’t do well when cooked well done.
