Typical 1/8 bison package:

  • 5 lbs Steak

    • Filet Mignon / Tenderloin

    • Ribeye / Ribsteak

    • Sirloin Steak

    • T Bone

  • 23 lbs of Burger, 1 lb pkgs

  • 2 lbs of Cube Steak

  • 3-5 lbs of Chuck Roast

  • 1.5 lbs of Broth Bones

  • 1.5 lbs of Meaty Soup Bones / Osso Bucco

  • 3 lbs of Stew Meat / Shish Kabob meat

Stock your freezer with natural bison meat from a holistic and regenerative ranch:

  • The total weight for an eighth is approx. 40 pounds

  • Cuts will be delivered vacuum sealed for extended freezer time.

  • An eighth bison package needs about 1.25 cu ft of freezer space. The freezer on top of a fridge is 5 cu ft.

  • We will use Superior Meats for processing.

  • We butcher monthly and typically have this package available year round.

  • We can work with you if prefer more burger and less roast, or if you want a specific cut.

  • Pick up, delivery, or shipping will be scheduled when you purchase.

Tip: Cook your Bison Medium Rare. They are super lean and tasty, but don’t do well when cooked well done.
