- 1 heart (about 2 lbs) Split and remove all vents and ducts and other white membranes.
Chop into one-inch chunks
- 1 pint fresh mushrooms, halved
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
Add all these ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Mix together and pour over the meat:
- 1 pint organic cream
- 2 T “Better than Bouillon” beef flavored
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook on low 6 hours. Serve over rice.
