Pepperoncini Pot Roast
Ingredients:
  • Bison roast of your choice (2#)
  • Better than bullion beef flavor (1T)
  • Butter (1/2 cup)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Spice
  • Mayo (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped onion (1/2 cup)
  • Garlic Cloves (3 cloves)
  • Jar pepperoncini and juice (8oz)
Directions:
Put all items in the pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour, or the slow cooker for 8 hours.
Potatoes and carrots make nice variations.
