Ingredients:
- Bison roast of your choice (2#)
- Better than bullion beef flavor (1T)
- Butter (1/2 cup)
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Spice
- Mayo (1/2 cup)
- Chopped onion (1/2 cup)
- Garlic Cloves (3 cloves)
- Jar pepperoncini and juice (8oz)
Directions:
Put all items in the pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour, or the slow cooker for 8 hours.
