This one is way too easy.
- 2# Bison Roast or round steak of your choice. Chop into cubes or medallions or two one-pound pieces.
- The larger the pieces the longer the cooking time.
- 1 medium onion chopped into medium pieces
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups coco aminos (Find this in the health food section. It’s a sweet soy sauce made from coconuts – no soy and no sugar.)
Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker and cook on high for about an hour, or slow cook for 8 hours.
Potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli make nice variations.
